Following an extraordinary Executive Council meeting held last night on the occasion of the decision of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy and Innovation to lift the ban on Ukrainian imports of certain products, the National Grain Producers Association (NGPA) decided to participate in a nationwide agricultural protest to save Bulgarian agriculture. The Association declares its absolute and unwavering readiness to defend the grain sector and its members by all means, reads a statement sent to the media.
The NGPA will participate in a press conference of the Bulgarian Agrarian Chamber (BAC), as its member, at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the BTA National Press Club in Sofia.
